  6. if you applyed for tickets and got a email saying they recived your appliction dose that mean you have tickets then ?

    • No it means that it’s in a queue. Once your application has been checked out, You should receive a email with your tickets confirming all has been done

      • how was the ticket page was still open at 7.30 PM then ? and thats when i applyed for them but i think i got the last one as it now says we are out of tickets

        • It’s been confirmed that no tickets were available after 7:00:06, so…

          • i coicked on the link at 7:30 and it took me to the the ticket page to register for tickets so i dont know if its a glitch in the system so i dont know whats going on

      • If by some lucky chance you manage to get a ticket and send off your details, wouldn’t it mean that you already have those tickets?

And if theres something wrong with the form or something then how would you go back and change the details? All of the tickets would have been gone by then!

  7. Third year in a row – got lucky!

  8. New SoS record has been reached!

    • thats true :P

    • But really. I’m glad this new system has worked out for most of the people. It really helped me a lot as I can remember from 2 years ago when the 2011′s ticket system was up. I tried to get 2 tickets at that time, but only got 1 before all were sold out. This year was simple enough to do

  9. Jamie Egge Man got my dad and I a ticket!

    WOOP WOOP

  12. Wow, but that was insane! O_O
If it hadn’t have been for a friend of mine snagging me one, I’d have been eating dust!

  13. Six seconds…?

I have a really slow internet connection where I live, but I was still able to register. Yay~

  14. Francesca frearson says:

YOU WON,T BELIEVE HER COSTUME…SONIC WILL BE AMAZED TOO!…………..WE WILL TRY 1000 PERCENT FOR SECOND WAVE ON SUNDAY………….PRAY FOR US……………

  15. I loaded the page at EXACTLY 19:00, almost immediately pressed the button, and already got the ‘sold out’ page… no way this could be 6 seconds. Hardly two.

  16. NegaMetallix says:

Holy Mother of Eggman!! I know that last year’s tickets sold in less than a minute each wave (minus the first wave, due to delays), but this is insane! I’m just glad that I recieved an e-mail stating that my application is pending. At least that means I have a chance… right?

    • NegaMetallix says:

EDIT: I’m guessing that since I didn’t get the ‘SOLD OUT’ page, that means I got the tickets?

      • We’ve done a quick check over, so if you’ve gotten an email and haven’t heard anything else yet, you should be receiving a ticket when they go out after the second wave.

  17. FreeFlowieRolly says:

Aww, it felt like they were sold out quicker than 6 seconds! I had the page up at 7PM exactly but I got the ”sold out” page straight away. Just gotta be quicker for the second wave I guess!

  18. YEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS!!! I MADE SURE I WAS AT THE PAGE AT EXACTLY 19:00:001.
SECURED MYSELF A TICKET! THANK HOLY OF GOD! I EVEN GOT MY SISTER TO USE ANOTHER COMPUTER TO SECURE US A PLACE GO! With that said however, we currently have a spare ticket that we don’t need. Is there a way for me to give it to someone else or something since I know that allot of people want to go.

  19. Adam Parsons says:

ok My ticket got a rejected reply cause i missed the postcode, i followed my link back to the page again and this time submitted it with the postcode added so do I get a new email soon to confirm, also could I ask if you guys have received the update to my address? just in case i pressed the button and it didn’t go through.

  20. I ‘ve spent the last few days worrying about tickets.I had myself, my mum & my sister all trying for my ticket. I reloaded the page a few seconds before 7pm and i got the sold out page. However I’m really greatful because my sister/dad team got me a ticket in the end. :)

  21. Stefan Leigh-Lancaster says:

I tried to get a chance to go last year, but the tickets already got sold out. I don’t want the same thing to happen again this year, because I always wanted to go. I can’t believe the first wave of tickets all got sold out in six seconds. It gets me so panicky because of how I might not put in my details that quickly for the next or third wave of tickets. What do I need to put in the forms this year so I am ready?
Please God, get me tickets to go to the Summer of Sonic this year.

    • This year, you just have to select how many tickets you want to reserve them.
You can then fill in the forms at your own leisure.

      • Stefan Leigh-Lancaster says:

I missed the second chance of tickets. I REALLY want to get them on the last wave of tickets. I will cry if I don’t get them. I always wanted to come.

        • Would you actually cry? That’s quite an emotional response, I’d probably be the same, haha. How badly do you want to go?

          • Stefan Leigh-Lancaster says:

Well, I did cry last year because of how I had to lose that chance of having such a fantastic time at the Summer of Sonic convention. I desperately want to go. I am such a HUGE Sonic fan!

    • You don’t have to fill in the form under the “time limit”,Stefan. You just have to choose the number of people you want on your ticket. That’s why they went even faster this time around.

      • Stefan Leigh-Lancaster says:

Oh, I didn’t know that. Thank you so much for telling me.
Where do I need to go to fill in the form, or is it when registration opens not long before the next wave of tickets start selling? Because I’m not sure.

    • (I Feel the exact same thing)

      • Stefan Leigh-Lancaster says:

Aww, I’m really sorry to know that you are having this same problem as I am. I already lost the second wave of tickets because I was looking around what I needed to do next after clicking on the ticket reservation. A few seconds later I found the quantity of tickets where you select them, but it was too late after I hesitated for a few seconds trying to find the quantity of tickets to reserve. I now know what I need to do for the last wave of tickets.
I hope you will have a chance too.

  22. NOBODY CAN FILL IN A FORM IN 6 SECONDS! (or sonic either got them all)

  23. *.* wow…..I’m amazed I got some in time~

  24. DMCtheHEDGEHOG says:

I forgot to put my postcode so my application got rejected, however I went and added my postcode as requested when I recieved the e-mail does that mean I don’t have tickets? because I am at work during the next wave :(

    • NegaMetallix says:

From what I can tell via other comments, you should recieve another email confirming your application (as you’ve stated). In other words, no, you should get your tickets. You won’t have to worry about tomorrow. :)

  25. I MISSED IT AGAIN!!!

    GREAT. JUST F***ING GREAT.

  26. Stefan Leigh-Lancaster says:

I know exactly how you feel. =(
